Through the booking form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender and expected run pace; your entry type and category; your partner's name and email if you book as a pair; your consents; and anything you choose to tell us in the notes field. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

We use this data only to run the event: confirming your booking and payment, assigning start times by run pace, pairing doubles teams, recording your results, and contacting you about practical matters. We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

The data is processed on the basis of your consent (the checkboxes in the form) and, once your spot is paid, for the performance of the agreement with you.

Bookings are stored in a secure database hosted within the EU. Access is limited to the Diosfit team organising the event. We keep the data for as long as it is needed for administrative, legal or accounting purposes.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. It is shared only with the service providers that make the event possible, such as our payment provider and our email provider.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and you may withdraw your consent before the programme is confirmed. Contact info@diosfit.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
