HYROX Simulation — Event Terms and Conditions

Your place is confirmed only once payment is received.

Singles €50. Doubles €90 per team (€45 per person), paid in one transaction by one participant on behalf of both. Prices include VAT.

The participant who pays for a doubles entry does so on behalf of both partners and confirms that the second participant has read and accepts these terms.

Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email with your entry details. Full event information — venue address, timings, what to bring, and your assigned start time — will follow by email no later than 5 days before the event.

Start times run from 08:00 to approximately 11:00 and are assigned by us based on your category and declared run pace. You cannot select your own start time. Your slot will be confirmed by email no later than 5 days before the event. We may adjust the running order up to and including the day of the event. Your declared run pace is used only to order the field.

You must arrive at the venue at 07:00, regardless of your assigned start time. Attendance at the course walkthrough — run route, stations and safety rules — is mandatory for all participants.

Participants who arrive after the briefing may be refused a start, at our discretion, with no refund.

Entries are non-refundable. Because this is a leisure event held on a specific date, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

You may transfer your place to another person up to 7 days before the event by notifying us in writing at info@diosfit.com. Any payment between you and the replacement participant is your own arrangement.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer to move your place to a future simulation event. This is a goodwill gesture, not an entitlement, and cannot be claimed as of right.

If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund or a place at the next date, at your choice. Our liability in that case is limited to the entry fee paid.

The run sections take place outdoors and the station area is an open hangar. The event goes ahead in rain, wind and cold.

We will cancel or modify the course only where conditions present a genuine safety risk — for example lightning, ice, or storm-force winds — and that decision is ours alone. Weather is not grounds for a refund, and we do not adjust recorded times for it.

This is a training simulation. It is not an official HYROX event, is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by HYROX, and results are not submitted to or recognised by HYROX. HYROX is a registered trademark of its owner and is referred to here for descriptive purposes only.

Distances, weights and repetitions follow HYROX Open and Pro standards as closely as our facility allows. Where our equipment differs from official standards, we will tell you at the briefing. Times are recorded for your own reference only and carry no official standing.

By entering, you confirm that you are in good health and fit to take part in strenuous physical exercise, and that you are not aware of any medical condition, injury or course of treatment that makes participation unsafe.

You must inform us in advance of any condition relevant to your safety on the day. We use this information only to keep you safe during the event.

You take part at your own risk. You are responsible for stopping if you feel unwell, and for judging your own limits during the race.

You must follow the instructions of Diosfit coaches and judges at all times. Coaches may correct or stop a participant on safety grounds or where movement standards create a risk of injury.

We may remove any participant behaving in a way that endangers themselves or others, or that disrupts the event. No refund is due where a race is stopped or a participant is removed under this clause.

Equipment is provided. You are responsible for your own footwear and clothing, and for any personal property you bring. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property at the venue.

We may take photographs and video during the event for Diosfit's marketing, including on social media and our website. If you do not wish to appear, tell us in writing before your start and we will respect that.

Participation in a HYROX-format event carries an inherent risk of injury. You accept that risk by entering.

To the extent permitted by Luxembourg law, Diosfit SARL accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss or damage sustained in connection with the event, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The courts of Luxembourg have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
